BRBC ORGANIZES MULTIPLE SEASONAL AND CHARITY RIDES
THE SPRING RIDE - APRIL
Where it all begins each year! Club members get together to kick off our official season and celebrate another year of riding. The event allows for all members to catch up on their training efforts and overall goals for the new season while meeting new members who may have joined over the winter.
ANNUAL EXTRAVAGANZA - LATE SUMMER / FALL
There has been a long-standing tradition in the club to have an annual group ride followed by a family get together. For 25 years, Mark Kolar sponsored this ride and social gathering from his home in Olathe, Kansas. More recently, Gil Radolovich has continued the tradition from the community clubhouse.
DUNN’S CIDER MILL (AKA - THE DONUT RIDE) - FALL
This one is pretty self explanatory and a club favorite. To celebrate the seasonal change each year, we plan a group ride to visit the Dunn’s Cider Mill. Once the group rolls in, we stop to enjoy those lovely small white bags of doughy goodness. Don’t forget to wash it down with some fresh apple cider. This is usually the last event before we usher in the holiday season!
